Returns

- We offer a 30-day guarantee for items damaged during shipping or lost in transit. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. 

- To initiate a return, contact us at SteelSquadronModels@gmail.com Do not send items back without authorization—we’ll provide a shipping address and instructions once approved.

Damages and Issues

- Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If it's defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer

- Custom or personalized items

- Sale items and gift cards

- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

- Perishable or hazardous goods*

Refunds

- Once received and inspected, we'll notify you if your return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received a refund, please reach out to us.

Replacements

- If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a clear photo or video to qualify for a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

- For items lost or stolen in transit, choose between:

     - A full refund

     - A free replacement shipped once per order.
